Hey there!
A HUGE thank you to all of you that read and follow my blog. I appreciate every like, thumbs up, comments and word of encouragement that each of you send my way through this lovely medium.
As you all know, this blog primarily is all about the book reviews–I am an avid reader–and it honestly never started out that way. It was meant to be, first and foremost, a travel and tips blog for individuals who are either hard of hearing or normal people who live with someone who is hard of hearing. The books were a secondary thing–something that I bring along with me on travels, especially when I’m stuck in a metal tube, 45,000 feet above the earth with nothing to do.
It’s always been easier to read books than watch movies on an airplane, because of that hearing loss, and since I enjoy reading anyway, I figured that I would share those books so when you travel, you also know what to read on your own travels. And with the year of 2020 that we’ve had, it’s become the only thing this blog became about because of how little I’ve traveled in 2020 and 2021 so far. It’s also the only thing that I’ve had energy for these past few months.
But I realized recently that I haven’t exactly been staying at home either–I live right by New York City, and have been visiting the city quite often. As a photographer, I’ve been documenting a lot about what this city is and has been going through from my own perspective.
This has made me realize that I have a gallery of images from New York City over the years that have no place on my photography business page–I do personal branding photography–but that I love none-the-less. And they’re looking for a place to call home, to be shared with others who would get as much joy from them as I have these past several months.
So I would like to post some galleries on here, with my own musings–once a week or once every two weeks or so–to not spam everyone with these images.
